We are currently accepting applications/resumes for the following positions:
*Mental Health Technician* - FT, PT and Pool positions available
Pool to be scheduled as needed (6 shifts per month).
Current CPR & First Aid Certified preferred.
One year experience in addictions or mental health preferred.
Certified nursing assistants and medical assistants are welcome.
Education - high school diploma or GED required; undergraduate courses in healthcare related field; or completion of one year in Nursing School a plus.
*Cook* - Full Time Position
Minimum two years related experience in a large-scale food preparation required.
*Counselor* - Full Time Position
Able to conduct individual, group and family therapy with adult, addicted and dually diagnosed patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans and reassessments in concert with other treatment team members.
Prepare and maintain required case notes and records.
Bachelorís degree w/ 5 years of experience or Masterís degree w/ 3 years of experience in addiction and/or related health field.
*Billing/ Coding Representative* - Full Time Position
Billing of all commercial, Medicare and Medicaid accounts daily.
Review MA and Medicare open balances weekly and troubleshoot denials/rejections for open balances via Medicare Ace or Promise.
Reconcile Batched billing daily and verify acceptance Emdeon, correct rejections & denials.
Assign and sequence ICD-9-CM/CPT/HCPCS/APR-DRG codes to diagnoses and procedures for documented information as needed for Medicare & Medicaid claims prior to billing in accordance with Coding guidelines.
Analyze provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management levels are assigned using the correct CPT code and notify of any discrepancies found in charts.
A CCS, CCS-P, CPC or CPC-H certification is required.
One to two years of CPT and/or ICD-9-CM hospital coding experience; prior experience working in Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health field preferred.
*Social Worker* - Full Time Position
Provide appropriate resource and referral information, for all clients identified in need, to include, but not limited to, information related to discharge planning, emergency placements, medical issues, domestic violence and pregnancy.
Provide support services, as assigned, to include psycho-socials, individual, group and family counseling, treatment team attendance, and involvement in specialized programming.
Create, revise and conduct educational sessions.
Prepare and maintain required documentation, records and reports in compliance with all hospital regulations.
Bachelorís degree in Social Work and a minimum two years experience in a social work setting with mental health or addictions emphasis required.
