*HR Director* - F/T Position

This individual is responsible for the overall development, communication, and maintenance of the human resource function throughout the Hospital. Duties may include but are not limited to: development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintaining compliance with current State and Federal Regulations and ensuring compliance with new regulations as applicable; ensuring the maintenance of current, accurate personnel files; ensuring completion of required documentation and reports; overseeing staff evaluation; developing and overseeing the Training and developing training courses as required, maintaining a personnel data base, overseeing staff benefits; ensuring consistent employee relations Hospital wide; and training supervisors in policies and procedures, supervisory techniques and disciplinary techniques. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Minimum 7 years experience in subordinate positions to acquire broad background required 2 years experience with DOH, CBH, TJC and other regulatory agencies.

*Case Manager * - 2 F/T Positions

Under direction of the Director of Social Services, plan, organize and implement Social Work/Case Management services, as noted below, by maintaining contact with referring agencies, community resources and other relevant contacts. Assure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures and regulatory and accreditation requirements regarding confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, and infection control. Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field. Preference for a minimum two years' experience in a social work setting, with mental health or addictions emphasis, providing direct service to clients

*Payroll Specialist * - Full Time Position

Perform diversified statistical and clerical duties to prepare the Hospital payroll(s) in accordance with all established policies and procedures and local, state and Federal wage and tax regulations. Assure that changes to the payroll system/payroll data occur pursuant to management authorization. Prior payroll experience using ADP Workforce Now Minimum three years' experience in bookkeeping/ accounting or payroll processing required Minimum one year experience in use of accounting/payroll data systems

*Billing/ Coding Junior Representative* - Full Time Position

Under general direction of the Controller performs accurate, timely billing and collection of the assigned Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid patient accounts. Maintain accurate records of all patient accounts. Assure compliance with all Hospital policies and procedures and all regulatory requirements on confidentiality and reporting. High school graduate or recognized equivalent (GED) required Completion of certified coding program with intense anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, disease process and pharmacology. CCS, CCS-P, CPC or CPC-H certification is required One to two years of CPT and/or ICD-9-CM hospital coding experience Prior experience working in Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health field preferred

*Receptionist - Evening* - P/T (5p-9pm on four weekdays + 9a-5p every other Sunday -24 hours)

Perform as a receptionist and switchboard operator and to perform all procedures necessary to complete admissions process for patients. Position includes significant public contact. Assure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures and regulatory and accreditation requirements regarding quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection control, and with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. High school diploma or recognized equivalent (GED) required One-year experience in a customer service position, preferably in a Hospital Use of PC and typing experience necessary Exposure to healthcare plan interpretation and medical terminology a plus

*Counselor* - 2 F/T Positions

Provide necessary therapeutic and educational services to assist addictive patients in understanding addiction, its effect on life and how to achieve long-term sobriety. Assure compliance with all Hospital policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control and all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, or other related field required and 1 year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency; or a Master's degree with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or a CAC or CADC required. Minimum of one year experience required May have limited, moderate, or high level of experience in counseling in the addiction field Must meet state regulations regarding degree, education and have a minimum of 1 year counseling experience as indicated above

*Pain Management Program Evening/ Weekend Counselor * - PRN Position

Develop and conduct experiential and educational group meetings on chronic pain management, relaxation sessions, journaling, and the role and purpose of CPA meetings, etc. Provide informal discussion and supportive counseling with patients and families as needed Provide crisis intervention as needed Distribute informational material to patients and families as necessary See qualifications for Counselor above

*Admissions RN* - F/T (80 hrs)

The registered nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is "fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered" (PA State Board of Nursing, p. 49, 21.11 (b)). As an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Registered Nurse utilizes comprehensive nursing skills and knowledge in providing direct patient care. The Registered Nurse assures compliance with all Hospital policies, procedures, guidelines and requirements set forth by regulatory bodies regarding quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current PA nursing license in good standing. Mental health and/or addictions treatment experience preferred. Current CPR certification required.

*RN * - F/T (1st Shift - 64 hrs), F/T (2nd shift 80 hrs)

The registered nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is "fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered" (PA State Board of Nursing, p. 49, 21.11 (b)). As an integral member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Registered Nurse utilizes comprehensive nursing skills and knowledge in providing direct patient care. The Registered Nurse assures compliance with all Hospital policies, procedures, guidelines and requirements set forth by regulatory bodies regarding quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current PA nursing license in good standing. Current CPR certification required. Two years' experience in mental health and/or addictions nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

*MHT* - 2 P/T (1st & 2nd shift(40hrs) & 7 Pool positions

Provide patient care under the supervision and direction of licensed personnel. Assure compliance with Hospital policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, safety and environmental and infection control and regulatory and accreditation requirements. High school diploma or recognized equivalent (GED) required CNA, MA, EMT or equivalent certification required Undergraduate courses in healthcare related field or completion of one year in nursing school preferred Current CPR certification, First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire
