We are currently accepting applications/resumes for the following positions:

*Director of Quality & Compliance* - F/T position

Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations and policies as they affect the clinical operation of the Hospital. Provide education and training about actual, proposed or pending legislation and regulations that affect operations and identify operational obstacles to compliance, and work with supervisors and other employees to identify and implement solutions. Monitor compliance by conducting routine and/or focused internal audits of policy/procedure adherence, as well as coordinating audits generated by external sources. Conduct or direct investigations into reported compliance concerns as appropriate. Review and ensure maintenance of performance improvement records. Lead organizational preparations for various regulatory surveys including but not limited to The Joint Commission. Interpret regulations of governmental agencies and accrediting bodies pertinent to infection control and communicate information to staff. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a clinical discipline. Masterís degree in a healthcare field strongly preferred. Clinical experience in a hospital environment. Minimum five years experience in compliance type activities. Experience with TJC and government regulatory surveys required. Minimum of two years Infection Control experience preferred.

* Counselor & Bilingual Counselor* - F/T Position

Able to conduct individual, group and family therapy with adult, addicted and dually diagnosed patients. Develop individualized treatment plans and reassessments in concert with other treatment team members. Prepare and maintain required case notes and records. Assist in developing aftercare plans including post-discharge referrals. Conduct educational sessions. Provide crisis intervention. Bachelorís degree w/ 5 years of experience or Masterís degree w/ 3 years of experience in addiction and/or related health field.

*RN* - Pool positions available

Pool to be scheduled as needed (Availability for 4 shifts per month). Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current PA nursing license in good standing. Mental health and/or addictions treatment experience preferred. Current CPR certification required.

*Mental Health Technician* - PT and Pool positions available

Pool to be scheduled as needed (Availability for 6 shifts per month). Current CPR & First Aid Certified. One year experience in addictions or mental health preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician and/or Medical Assistant Certification required; or completion of one year of Nursing School. High School diploma or GED required; undergraduate courses in healthcare related field a plus.

*Cook* - P/T position

Review Menu and cookís worksheet to assemble foods, supplies and equipment for daily food preparation. Plan cooking schedule to assure that food is ready at serving times. Use timers, thermometers, meat slicers, grinders, mixers, blenders, grill, scoops, ladles and scales to assure thorough cooking and standard portion sizes. Minimum two years related experience in a large-scale food preparation required.


Transport patients, employees, mail, bank deposits, medical supplies, building materials, furniture, trash, fixtures and Hospital displays; assuring timely arrival of each. Load and unload vehicle as required, securing and padding articles as needed, using and/or with assistance of other if needed. Take assignments from charge nurse as well as fulfilling regular assignments when Coordinator is not on duty.


Set up patient trays with menu, placemat, napkin and silverware. Dishes up salads, desserts and special items according to food production sheet. Wash and sanitize work area, dishes and pots and pans following each meal. Sweep/ mop floors in dining room and kitchen daily.


Billing and Coding of all Professional services related to Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid accounts daily. Responsible for reviewing weekly submitted charges and acceptance by payer through Emdeon. Assign and sequence ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS/APR-DRG codes to diagnoses and procedures for documented information as needed for Medicare & Medicaid claims prior to billing in accordance with Coding guidelines. Analyze provider documentation to assure the appropriate Evaluation & Management levels are assigned using the correct CPT code and notify of any discrepancies found in charts.
