Any individual who has any concerns about patient care and safety at Valley Forge Medical Center and Hospital, that the hospital has not addressed, is encouraged to contact the hospital’s management.

If these concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you may contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
